Bertholds Melissa

Lawyer and mediator

Licensed as a lawyer since 2022, Melissa Bertholds obtained her CAS in mediation from the University of Sion.

After an initial experience in the legal world, she worked as a paralegal in an association that advises and defends refugees. With a versatile background and skills in various areas of the law,
she can support and accompany people in any conflict situation. She works in French, English,
Italian and Spanish.

Hediger Erika

Lawyer and mediator FSM

Erika Hediger is a licensed lawyer since 2009. She obtained a CAS+ in mediation from the University of Fribourg in 2024. She is a member of Groupement Pro Médiation (GPM).

After gaining experience as a law clerk at the Tribunal des Prud’hommes and the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Geneva, Erika Hediger spent two years in Toronto (Canada). Since 2013, she has been working as a law clerk at the Civil Court of the Geneva Court of Justice. Alongside this activity, she has been practicing mediation since the summer of 2024. She works in French and English.

Stefanie Sulpizio

Lawyer and mediator

Stefanie Sulpizio graduated with a law degree from the Universities of Geneva and Basel and obtained her attorney license in Geneva in 2019. She specialized in alternative dispute resolution with a particular emphasis in mediation, earning an LLM from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and was admitted to the California Bar in May 2024.

After gaining initial experience in the compliance department of a major bank, Stefanie Sulpizio pursued her legal career in both Switzerland and the United States. Her dedication to social justice led her to carry out numerous humanitarian experiences in Kenya, Greece and Cambodia.

Passionate about mediation, she devotes herself to this day entirely to the amicable resolution of conflicts in the civil and criminal fields. She practices in French, Spanish, English and German.
